For many years Allegany First Federal Credit Union’s automated telephone banking platform served as an efficient way for members to check balances and transfer money between accounts from the convenience of their landline or mobile phone device. Recently AFFCU has made changes to our telephone system. With that change, the current telephone banking platform will be discontinued. The last day the automated telephone system will be accessible is Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience for some members and we understand how important it is to be able to check balances, transfer funds and review account activity.
